Waiting for the completion of our new production vehicles is like waiting for the holidays. The anticipation is killing us, especially after the delays and obstacles. But the time is coming soon when our clients can book these beauties and use them for their photoshoots, productions, and events. We can’t wait!
Welcome to OTE!
If you are new to OTE, welcome! My name Is Cris, and I am the booking director extraordinaire at On Time Elite Celebrity & Production Bus Rentals LLC. I have been with On Time for 11 years, and in those years, we have made waves in the entertainment industry. We use our skills and resources to help our clients have the most successful events, concerts, and productions on the East Coast. In this week’s blog, we will dive into the anticipation our clients are facing with the impending release of our new production vehicle units.
You can’t imagine how difficult it is for me to tell our clients they must stand by to receive our new vehicles. The phone calls, emails, and jot forms all range, and the demand grows larger and larger. While we are doing our best to accommodate and meet deadlines, as you may have read in last week’s blog, we have come across many hurdles, and those hurdles have caused production delays.
Procedures for Reserving OTE Production Vehicles
We have established internally to fulfill our clients’ orders: those who call in and reserve the unit of their choice will have it on site on the booking date. However, suppose the vehicle they have chosen is unavailable. In that case, it will be replaced with an equal unit or one of greater value. While this may not be the best for us, we understand the high demand and take all the necessary precautions to better serve you, our clients.
As the calls keep pouring in, we are sticking to the tried and true protocol we’ve always had in place of first come, first serve. But to be on the safe side, here are some suggestions for those who want to secure their projects. When calling in, please place your desired unit on a first hold, but if you are confident you will be booking the unit after you receive your formal estimate, just ask booking (me) for the rental agreement, read, fill sign, and send that agreement back, so you confirm your unit. If you need more time, please let us know we will do our best to keep your first hold for a production vehicle.
Please don’t fret. The wait won’t be much longer. Until then, we will continue to provide you with the best customer service in the game.
