Doron (Danny) Joseph
Chief Executive Officer / Owner
Doron (Danny) has had over twenty years of experience in the entertainment industry. With an army background he applies the qualities of a true veteran to his work ethic. There is no impossible scenario in sight, using firmness and predictability Danny thinks of all best and worst case scenarios before they occur making him the backbone of OTE. Having worked on sets, production shoots and campaigns for over twenty years giving him the tools to create an elite team of individuals whose sole purpose is to have successful missions/ shoots. Danny also turned On Time into a brand in this industry in which people rely heavily on the punctuality and responsibility needed to champion any booking.
Inbal Joseph
Chief Executive Officer
Inbal is the mastermind behind all the administration of On Time Elite. With an army background she used her teachings to create a full proof system that keeps On time elite structured, creating our companies moral ethic of providing our clients with all up front information and not having any hidden agendas. Placing each individual in a position that only makes OTE stronger. Her diversity ranges from Administration to design. She has applied her travels and findings over the years to the vehicles themselves making them unlike any other in the industry. She remains involved from the design process to the final reveal, making her dynamic and diverse within OTE.
Crisel Flores
Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Crisel (Cris) is the Sales and Marketing Coordinator of OTE, attended Parsons School of Design with a major in fashion design and minor in Marketing and Merchandise, she applies the fundamentals learned academically to the everyday interaction with clients, making her the friendly voice clients interact with whilst also providing knowledge and insight when it comes to budgets, high profile shoots or campaigns Her versatility has led to successful photo shoots and thriving live events. Fluent in both English and Spanish and proficient in French she is able to jump into conversation with a diverse set of clientele.
Marisol Figueroa
Bookkeeper
Marisol joined the OTE family in July 2016. She has over 20 years of bookkeeping experience working close with CEO’s and CPA’s in various industries ranging from education, recycling, imports, exports, and apparel. Marisol’s background has provided her with valuable experience that helps her serve a variety of clients and vendors while cultivating strong professional relationships.
