Imported handcrafted cream colored, tufted leather sofas seem to glide on the pale loft style rescued oak floors in the 80 square foot front section (when the slideouts are fully extended) alongside a cream colored leather dinette seating and a Modern Flames linear electric fireplace. Past the fully furnished kitchen and the surprisingly roomy bathroom, your talent could find more privacy in the cozy back room.

There are 17 feet worth of wardrobe racks divided between the midsection above the makeup station and the back room, above the sofa and along the back wall. A built-in cherry hardwood steamer cabinet is hidden seamlessly between the makeup station and the work desk in the back. The Pearl also comes equipped with 3 single desk work areas in smooth Mocha Caesarstone.
Entertainment
An outdoor Entertainment Center with a 32” Samsung Smart TV 4K UHD, a Kenwood DVD Player, and a radio is concealed next to the entrance door. Inside the Pearl, you’ll find a 29’’ Samsung Smart TV 4K UHD, above the driver’s seat, and a 32” Samsung Smart TV 4K UHD next to the dinette both with HDMI and USB inputs. A 34” LED TV is perched across from the loveseat in the back room. Bluetooth connectivity is available.

The imported Caesarstone kitchenette island has a built in LG Microwave, and a Frigidaire Refrigerator conveniently located across a custom dinette seating for 4 finished in imported handcrafted cream colored, tufted leather.
